Depending on your browser type and version you may experience problems accessing our online store due to OUR enhanced security for protecting your information. Should you be experiencing a "Page can not be displayed" in Internet Explorer the remedy is simple.

Open Internet Explorer

Left click on the Tools menu

If the Tools menu item is not present - go to the top of IE, right click on the 'bar' and then left click on 'Menu bar' item to get the tool menu item to show up on IE.

Once Tools is open left click on Internet Options

When the Internet Options window opens, left click on the Advanced tab.

Once the Advanced window is open, scroll to the bottom, put a check mark in the boxes for TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2, so that there is a check mark in each box.

Left click on the highlighted apply button in the lower right corner.

Note: you may have to disable the TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 to access some government websites.

Depending on your operating system (Win7, Win8) you may experience problems accessing our online store due to OUR enhanced security for protecting your information. Should you be experiencing a warning from Chrome that "YOUR CONNECTION IS NOT PRIVATE" the remedy is simple.

You will need to enable Secure Socket Layer 2 and Secure Socket Layer 3 within the Chrome Settings

Open Chrome and select settings

Scroll to the Open Advanced selection

Find System

Open proxy settings

Opens up the Internet Properties choose Advanced tab

Find and enable Secure Socket Layer 2 and Secure Socket Layer 3.

Restart System.

The warning goes away.
